Luke 17:33-35 - Whoever seeks to keep his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it. I tell you, on that night there will be two in one bed; one will be taken and the other will be left. There will be two women grinding at the same place; one will be taken and the other will be left.
A few years ago when I started going to church regularly for the very fist time in my life...I sat in the front row of a section. Why? The other sections were full.
I overheard someone asking,"Who is he?"
Within time, I joined the ushers and another ministry that prepares the bread and wine for partaking of during worship. My church knows who I am now.
That is not important.
On the other hand, within the past year I joined a new church because I was having personal issues with my current church. I sat in the front row because all the others were full. People asked,"Who is he?"
I have returned to my original church who knows me. For the other, I was just passing through. Amen.
